Who we are

This website is run by B.A.C Construction LLC, a licensed residential general contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area (California License #1067385). In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean B.A.C Construction LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through bacconstruction20.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. When you fill out our free estimate form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your project address (optional)
• The type of project you're interested in and any details you write in

If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you share in that call or message.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and our website does not set cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your estimate request and answer your questions
• Schedule a site visit and prepare your estimate
• Communicate with you about your project if you hire us

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists or share it with advertisers.

How your form submission is handled

When you submit the estimate form, your information is sent securely (over HTTPS) and delivered to our business email inbox. It is not saved in a database on our website. A few service providers help make this work, and they only handle your information to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts our website and processes the form submission.
• Resend delivers the form submission to us as an email.
• Google (Gmail) hosts our business email inbox.

Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. As with most websites, these providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project emails only as long as needed to respond, complete your project, and keep normal business records (for example, for warranty, tax, or licensing purposes). You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it

We will respond to your request within a reasonable time, and we will not treat you differently for making one. If we are required by law to keep certain records, we will let you know.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because our website does not track visitors across sites or use advertising trackers, there is nothing for this signal to turn off.

Children's privacy

Our services are for adults hiring a contractor. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and spam filtering on our form. No method of sending information over the internet is 100% secure, so please don't include sensitive information like financial account numbers in the form.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
